Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nanon.io and its products — Hyrables, Ruan, and Alvis (together, the "Services"), operated by Nanon.io. By using any of the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Nanon.io builds AI platforms for work: Hyrables helps you find, evaluate, and place candidates; Ruan helps you plan, create, schedule, and publish marketing content across connected social accounts; and Alvis lets you build and run custom business applications without code. Features vary by product and plan.

Your account & content

• You're responsible for your account, your connected accounts, and the content and apps you create, approve, and publish.
• You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf.
• You must have the right to publish to, or connect, any third-party account you use with the Services.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any platform's terms (including Meta's), or to send spam. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any platforms you connect and the laws that apply to you.

AI-generated content

Our products generate suggestions, content, and applications with AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before you rely on or publish it. We don't guarantee accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (via Stripe where online payments are available). Trials convert or pause as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
