These Terms govern your use of Ruan (the "Service"), operated by Nanon.io. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ruan is an AI marketing platform that helps you plan, create, schedule, publish, and measure marketing content across connected social accounts.

Your account & content

• You're responsible for your account, your connected accounts, and the content you approve and publish.
• You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
• You must have the right to publish to any social account you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any platform's terms (including Meta's), or to send spam. You are responsible for compliance with the policies of the platforms you connect.

AI-generated content

Ruan generates suggested content with AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. We don't guarantee accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis via Stripe. Trials convert or pause as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
