Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Ruan at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to data connected from Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Disconnect a social account

Go to Integrations in Ruan and click Disconnect on any connected account. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token for that account. No further data is accessed from it.

Delete your workspace or account

To permanently delete a workspace (its brand data, campaigns, content, analytics, and connected-account records) or your entire account, email us at privacy@nanon.io from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We will process the request and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Stored social access tokens and connected-account records.
• Your Brand Brain, campaigns, content, schedules, and analytics.
• Account and workspace membership records.

Note: deleting data in Ruan does not delete content already published to your own social accounts — remove those from the platform directly.

Requesting deletion of Facebook-derived data

Per Meta's requirements, if you used Facebook Login to connect, you can request deletion of the data we obtained from Facebook by either disconnecting the account (above) or emailing privacy@nanon.io. We will delete it and confirm.
